Jeffrey J. Macel, Esquire

Mr. Macel has a depth of experience counseling clients on an array of business issues including complex transactions, formation and regulatory issues, intellectual property, and financing matters.  He has represented public and private companies, private equity funds, financial institutions and entrepreneurs in a variety of businesses in diverse industries.
 

Prior to founding MACELLAW, Mr. Macel worked in the New York, Boston, and Philadelphia Offices of two Amlaw 100 firms.  His experience includes representing businesses ranging in size from Fortune 50 Companies to sole proprietorships in all phases of their business transactions and operations.  
 

Mr. Macel has published articles on a wide variety of topics, including corporate and intellectual property matters, in such journals as the New York Law Journal, and the American Society of Law, Medicine and Ethics.
